There has been careful consideration in taking photographs of the products to ensure that colour is true and size can be understood. However, colours on different monitors may appear different. Due to the handmade quality of each piece, the product has individual nuances that may appear different to photographs.

Materials

Everything here is hand made by Lilly Buttrose in Adelaide. Sterling Silver is the metal used across all products. Gold plating is 24k plated locally in Adelaide, wax pieces are also cast locally in Adelaide.

Shipping

Within Australia:
Australia Post Express $15, although same day delivery is not guaranteed with Australia Post this remains the fastest delivery options. Click here for delivery times to your area.
Australia Post Regular with Signature on Delivery $13, this delivery option may take from seven to fourteen days to deliver. Signature on delivery ensures your pieces will arrive safely. If you are not home, the delivery will be left at the nearest post office for collection.

International:
International Australia Post $25, flat rate regular shipping. This shipping does not include costs related to customs for individual countries. Depending on your country parcels can take anywhere from ten days to three months to arrive. Please contact for any queries.
New Zealand Australia Post $16, allow eight to fourteen days delivery.
Due to circumstances out of my control, I cannot take responsibility for any damage, loss or delays once products have been shipped out in good condition. 

Gifts

All orders are gift wrapped, free of charge regardless. If you are sending a gift please specify in Additional Information at the checkout so that a printed receipt is not included. A handwritten note can also be included, please specify in Additional Information at checkout. Gift cards available.

Returns

Returns and refunds are available please contact. Return shipping must be covered by the customer. 

Ring Size

Measuring your ring size:
You can use a ring you already have just make sure it fits the preferred finger. Measure the inside diameter by millimetres with a ruler. This measurement is the inside diameter, which you can now reference to a letter using the table below.
If you do not have a ring you can use a piece of string to wrap the preferred finger. Mark where the string ends meet and measure by millimetres with a ruler. This measurement is the metric size, which you can now reference to a letter using the table below.
